MY STORY

I am a NNg Certified UX professional and advocate, visual designer, speaker and researcher who brings nearly two decades of experience to my role as the Associate Director of UX at 352 Inc. I work directly with clients to help them best understand their users and craft digital experiences and products to fit users' needs. I am passionate about lifelong learning and mentorship. I lead and organize an internal UX ambassador program to teach others about the value and processes of UX and am the founder of the Tampa Bay UX Meetup group, the first of its kind in the Tampa Bay area.
